The aim of Fit & Alive is to continually develop ways of fitting exercise into everyday lifestyles, to help people achieve their goals in the most enjoyable and easy way possible. I aim to make health and fitness accessible to everyone and an enjoyable part of your everyday lives, whatever your lifestyle.

Fit & Alive offers Pilates and Personal Training to individuals and groups in Chippenham, Corsham, Biddestone and the surrounding areas. Sessions can be in your own home, outside, from one of the treatment rooms at the Carl Todd Clinic Corsham Wiltshire or via Zoom.

I also work in close conjunction with the Carl Todd Clinic alongside their osteopaths and physiotherapists to treat and help prevent a wide range of problems.

Face to Face pilates: weekly at Biddestone Village Hall. These are mixed ability classes and work half termly in line with Wiltshire school holidays.

Online pilates: I offer group pilates sessions online. See Fit and Alive's Online Classes. for timetable and costs.

1:1 sessions: personal training & 1:1 pilates in your own home, outside, at the Carl Todd Clinic or via Zoom.

Monthly focus: Core Stability

Weekly face to face pilates: Tuesdays at 6:00pm & 7.15pm, Wednesdays at 9.45am & Fridays at 9.45am at Biddestone Village Hall.

Spring term: runs until Tuesday 21st May, Wednesday 22nd May and Friday 24th May. For details and costs see my Pilates page.

Weekly online pilates: run Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays throughout May.

Please note: There are no live classes on the 2 Bank Holiday Mondays 6th May and 27th May. Recorded classes will be available instead.

Saturday 11th May 10am: Core Stability themed online class.

Pilates

Pilates is suitable for a wide range of people targeting the deep postural muscles of the abdomen and spine, which support and stabilise the core of your body. This in turn will enable your body to work more efficiently with a reduced risk of causing injury.

Online Classes

I run live online Pilates classes each week, with an additional themed class once a month. I also record a number of these sessions so you can catch-up if you miss a class or fit in an extra one! These classes are a popular and convenient way to enjoy Pilates in your own home.
