Online Pilates Timetable
I run live online Pilates classes each week with an additional themed class once a month. All classes are mixed ability.
I also record a number of these sessions so you can catch-up if you miss a class or fit in an extra one in your own time! The recordings are available for 7 days.

In Person Pilates Timetable
I run weekly in person Pilates classes at Biddestone Village Hall.
These are mixed ability and run half termly in line with Wiltshire school holidays.
Please Note: Most clients book in advance for all sessions in an half term.
If you are a new potential client and there is space, you are welcome to pay for a single session provided you have completed a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) and it has been approved.

Please Note: The in person discounted rate is if you pay in advance for all sessions in an half term.
Sign-Up for your Online Account
If you are an existing client or you are interested in my classes, please sign-up for an online account and complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q).
Even if you have recently completed a PAR-Q, please sign-up and complete an Online PAR-Q. Exercise governing bodies are now encouraging instructors to revisit these PAR-Qs on an annual basis. So each year you will receive an email reminder to update your PAR-Q.
